National coach Datuk K. Rajagopal will use next month’s 12-day playing tour of Australia to evaluate the progress of his players since their 2-1 win over Yemen in the Asian Cup Group D qualifying match in March.
A total of 26 players have been called to attend centralised training tomorrow at the Wisma FAM in Kelana Jaya. The national side will be playing friendly matches in Canberra and Sydney from June 3-15.
The three warm-up matches scheduled Down Under are against Canberra All Stars on June 6 and New South Wales Premier League outfits – Marconi Stallions on June 11 and Sydney United FC on June 13.
